We immediately went back down to the desk to ask for clean sheets and they told us they could not provide us with different (clean) sheets. Clearly the bedding had not been cleaned, the sheets had not been changed. When we got to our room we found there were large stains all over the sheets (see picture) and hair in the bed.

We also learned upon arrival that they did not offer breakfast although their website says they do. When my partner and I arrived the property looked nothing like the pictures on the booking site, the pictures are clearly outdated likely from a time when the hotel was under different management.
